LVPHC Club Bylaws

The following link will take you to the LVPHC bylaws. They are based on Parrot Heads in Paradise bylaws and are updated as needed by the bylaws committee. They include the rules of organization, description of BOD duties, Code of Conduct for members, Committee descriptions and other items needed to run the organization. The BOD can appoint a committee that can change and update the bylaws as deemed necessary. That committee must submit the bylaws changes to the BOD for approval. Once approved by the BOD, a majority of the membership must vote on the new bylaws for them to take effect.

Skulls and Bones Policy
The primary purpose of the skulls and bones policy is to provide a non-subjective means to ensure that active members get priority when concert/event tickets become available. Skulls are given when donating to our charities, working at one of our charity events or one of the environmental cleanups. You can also receive skulls for volunteering to be in charge of different events. Bones are given for showing up to our phlockings and other various activities as laid out in the skill and bones policy. Please click on the following link to take a look at the skulls and bones policy. If you have questions about it, please ask one of the BOD members.
